About Cheryl Amick

Born and raised on a Shelby County farm, Cheryl completed a Purdue University diploma in Computer Technology at IUPUI. During her career in information technology, Cheryl has been able to see huge changes in computing over the years. With an offer for early retirement, Cheryl realized she needed an outside interest that offered the flexibility to spend more time with family and interact with others. After several home renovation projects, getting her real estate license (2019) was an obvious option. After answering a job posting for a part-time showing assistant, Cheryl soon started seeing what being a real estate agent entails – running between client appointments, helping determine the potential value of a property based on similar nearby properties, communicating with clients, and many more tasks. Cheryl is determined and success-driven while always being available to help where needed.
